1. What this covers
This policy describes how JR Strength & Fitness LLC handles personal information on The Trainer's Coach Vault (vault.jrstrengthandfitness.com). The short version: we collect what the service needs to run, we do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address, the name you provide, and your password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text). Usage data: which resources you view, save, and search for, used to power your history, saved items, and to understand what the library's members find useful. Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe; card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We keep only the subscription status and billing references Stripe reports back.
3. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember deliberate choices such as a preview pass. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Where your data lives
The Vault runs on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (hosting), with payments handled by Stripe and transactional email delivered by our email provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except as required by law.
5. Your choices and rights
You can update your name and email from your account. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us; deletion removes your profile, history, and saved items, though billing records may be retained where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor requests to exercise them.
6. Audience
The Vault is a professional tool intended for adults working as trainers and coaches. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will post the update here with a new date and notify account holders by email where appropriate.
